The physical injury will damage the joint cartilage or the bone, so your joints can wear out more quickly. Symptoms of post-traumatic arthritis may include joint instability, swelling, internal bleeding, and severe pain.

Diet and nutrition are crucial the arthritis prevention strategy. Arthritic patients need to avoid diets that may increase joint inflammation, such as animal-derived foods. Also, if you want to keep to arthritis diet, reduce the intake of refined sugar, and the foods that enhance arthritic symptoms.

Gout as a form of arthritis becomes severe if you take diets that contain high-purine foods, including seafood, red wine, and meats. Even as you consider surgery, drugs, or exercises to reduce arthritis risk factors, you will also need to remember that an arthritis diet is equally important in your arthritis prevention plan.
